Experience as an administrator for Masters-level training in Applied
Behavior Analysis as well as experience providing direct care and
developing behavioral interventions to adults with developmental
disabilities in a day program and residential facility. Taught or
administered many Undergraduate and Graduate level courses in
Behavior Analysis.
Areas of research includes Organizational Behavior Management
(behavior-based safety, feedback for staff behavior), Basic Human
Operant (learning), as well as currently developing projects in the
area of Autism.

(Lethbridge) for 5 1/2 years. She brings over 25 years experience in
Administration and Financial management. In those 25 years, 12 years
were spent in Lethbridge as Southern Operations Section Assistant
with Historic Sites in the Alberta Government. She was also
Financial Officer at Reynolds-Alberta Museum before being
transferred to Lethbridge. Other experience includes working as
Executive Assistant to the Director at the Coaldale Health Unit.

Betty
has a lengthy history of work in the field of mental health and
intervention services, beginning as a volunteer at Michener Centre
of Red Deer, in 1988. She has since worked in a variety of jobs with
adults and children with disabilities, including both group homes
and home programs. She joined Behavioral Solutions (Lethbridge) in
2004, and is now a Senior Therapist, providing consultation
services, and assisting in particular with the formation of goals
and needs of clients for FSCD.
